~Ripped off: Took uber select a few times in one night . The first driver drove above ** mph under the limit and feel his gps in his lap. My wife and I really felt safe with some guy driving and looking in his lap for directions. Should have been my first clue. Then returning home a normal **.** cab ride turns on to $***.** bill. If you are gonna rob your clients at least give me a KISS.

~Ripped off: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Ripped off: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Uber's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Ripped off: For that I would say one out of five.

~Ripped off: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Uber to know who you are.
