~Kimbaa: Very frustrated that your marketing efforts*force us who have been with you a long time to pay more or lose their position in the rankings. Also not pleased with management companies advertisining one room & renting all.

~Kimbaa: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Kimbaa: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about VRBO's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Kimbaa: For that I would say four out of five.
