~jwinamac: i call ask for supervisor...person says they can help i keep saying give me a supervisor...they keep saying they can help then i get put on hold for * to ** min per call and then saying they're all busy and will call back within ** hours...they do not!! so next day i call again....all repeated still its not resolved...I paid them...they have my money...but i have no title...was to have it on Feb ** by overnight...its Feb ** now...they wont return calls VW Credit is the worst service I've had in my life
