GetHuman-jimtibe: I have placed five phone calls to customer care. I didn't expect a resolution t the customer care level, I was just looking to get my complaint address at a higher level. Each time they found a way to get off the line without addressing my concerns or escalating my complaint.

GetHuman-jimtibe: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman-jimtibe: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Verizon Wireless's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-jimtibe: For that I would say five out of five.
