~Nine8102: I'm really surprised & utterly shocked! My cell phone has been acting up in little ways since day one. A little irritating, but never adding up to anything major. But it's getting worse. I figured that since I have Virgin Mobile (cut-rate) service, there was nothing that could be done without arguments. (I went down that road with MetroPCS years ago...). Get this: I called Virgin....no hold time....English speaking rep....some simple troubleshooting....BAM....they shipped me out a new replacement phone....FedEx....overnight! I'm telling you people again: If you want good service at an awesome price (my bill is $***month for Android!)....go with Virgin Mobile!
