~Patricia: Please be advised that I called Vodacom Cancelations in September **** too cancel ,one of my contracts I was then told that I could Upgrade too a cheaper plan with the following *A Vodafone smart Kicker Phone for R** including free BIS and receive R*** Free Airtime *This afternoon ** November **** the BIS is cut off for no reason please be advised that I am really pissed off as there no other better words for me to say Please be advised I am sick too death of the consultants that lie too me too gain a sale with Vodacom if this is the case I no longer want this contract as this is not what was I was told by the Vodacom Consultant over the phone and it really upsetting to be lied too to get a sale for Vodacom Until this matter has been resolved I will refuse too pay my contract with Vodacom as the service I am receiving from Vodacom lately Is disgusting Thank you

~Patricia: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Vodacom's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Patricia: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Vodacom customers?
~Patricia: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Vodacom to know who you are.
