GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Vodacom customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Cheryl: The people at your Customer Care and the Stores have no clue on what is happening. I would prefer to speak to somebody in a higher position who can help with a problems. And as for the prompts, well theu*y are just useless. Why do you bother installing the prompts when no one can help you. I spent about a *** day trying to get some-one who is knowledgeable, and what do you get fools.

~Cheryl: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Cheryl: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Vodacom's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Cheryl: For that I would say one out of five.

~Cheryl: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Vodacom to know who you are.
