~Robyn Cluttey: To Whom it may concern.**I am very displeased with the service i have received.**I was phoned by one of your consultants, who wanted to do a migration.**I said to her that I would only do it if my monthly cost are lower, she said to me that it would be lower.**I was told that it will be around R***.** a month.**Then I looked at my bill and saw that R***.** odd was due at the end of the month.**I was given false information.**I then phoned you guys again and asked to go back to my previous package, and I was told that they would change it.**It has not been changed and I have paid the full amount due.**I really don't think it is right that I have to pay the cancelation fees, and my bill at the end of this month Aug **** must be back to what it was before @ R***.****Thank you.

~Robyn Cluttey: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Vodacom's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Robyn Cluttey: For that I would say three out of five.

~Robyn Cluttey: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Vodacom to know who you are.
