~Rubina Ebrahim: Vodacom Customer Care agent Thuli is definitely not trained to answer a call or to help clients phoning in. When we gave a an email address, we were spelling it out and when we got to @, her response was ok 'at' and while speaking to me knowing she is speaking to Mrs, she still asked if I am a male or female?????????? She definitely did not have any telephonic skills. The reference number she gave me is S**TV**V*VC**V. This may assist in tracing who she is.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Vodacom. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Vodacom problem?
~Rubina Ebrahim: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Rubina Ebrahim: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
