~Zoe: I was responded to instantly, but it was clear that whoever i was talking to did not check the details of my account properly. Wanting to cancel my account within * days of opening it (as per their policy) the guy I talked to via live chat told me I was subject to a *£*** fee. This was actually quite scary, and freaked me out! Turned out he just wasn't reading my details properly, so I was more frustrated and annoyed than ever after the chat! Not too impressed by Vodafone's customer service, so probably won't sign up to them again now I know only **% of their team are willing to help hassle-free.
