~leonel lopez: I purchased a ticket from lax to sjo but I requested to change my flyhgt way before the date,they charge an exorbitant AMOUNT OF MONEY TO DO THAT,I tried to cancell my trip but no money will be refunded,please ,if you deal with WEBJET be aware that they steal your money, one way or another.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~leonel lopez: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Webjet's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~leonel lopez: For that I would say three out of five.
