GetHuman-439606: Between dropped calles, poor call transfers and wait times this was one of the worst experiences. Once we finally got someone to help it was * weeks before we heard anything about our order. Then we received a call saying it would be *-* days more. Turned out it was *. That and now this company handles part of our prescriptions and our local pharmacy handles part. Big health risk!!!!
