GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Wellpoint Next Rx customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~TGP: Your NEXTRX program will undoubtedly cause a major medical problem. I waited ** days from the date of submission of RXs, all for chronic conditions, including glaucoma. Polite phone reps, but without any authority to do anything about getting meds to me. Finally called Empire Blue Cross, our health plan under which NextRX operates. Empire rep called NextRX, cancelled everything and had the Rxs transferred to my local pharmacy. At the time Empire stepped in, NEXT RX still had not sent out the meds. Never, never, never use this company. It is only a matter of time before someone is hurt. They operate dangerously. I have complained to State Pharmacy Boards for what I see as operations that would require a pharmacy license revocation. I understand NEXT RX is being assimilated into ExpressScripts. I hope Express has better management and customer relations reps that are able to clear up problems before patients are in total distress.

~TGP: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~TGP: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Wellpoint Next Rx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~TGP: For that I would say four out of five.
