~Another Frustrated Customer: I received an invoice for a prescription that has been voided by pharmacy. I called them and they said the issue was settled. Then again after * months they send another invoice for double the amount for the same date and prescription item. When I ask them, they say it is another prescrption, but they don't know the item. I told them the pharmacy has voided and I didn't take delivery, they simply don't listen or address the problem. They are rude and impatient. Wellpoint is most customer unfriendly company. I will never do business with Wellpoint or Bluecross again.
