~Tim: Called ***-***-**** (toll free number) and used the automated service for refilling * existing prescriptions. There was no wait time at all. You must have * things: prescription number, patient date of birth and the last * digits of the credit card (they have the full * on file). The automated service asks questions and your spoken voice response is interpreted, then spoken back to you to confirm it is correct. I did * refills for * different people in total time of less than * minutes. They will give you an order confirmation number at the end.

~Tim: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
