~Disgusted with NextRx: This pharmacy changed a prescription for a covered medication to a non-covered, and not equivalent, medications * times. Took forever to get to a liver person. The rep couldn't do anything, referred me to a "lead" who would call back within ** hours. No call. Another long session getting through the automated session, finally got to a live person, requested a "lead", who had no info about my previous call (it went to a different center). Was totally unable to explain why*how the precriptions got changed. Blamed the insurance company for rejecting the claims. * days and no response to my request to transfer last prescription to a reputable local pharmacy.
