~banktom: Wells Fargo changed my free checking account without my knowledge. They also made my account dormant which made it so I couldn't access my money. They effectively canceled my account services and charged me a $* a month service charge to do it. That should be illegal, and when I asked them if it was illegal they couldn't answer my question. Never do business with them!

~banktom: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Wells Fargo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~banktom: For that I would say two out of five.
