~Mercurial Vulcan: Western Digital Has excellent customer service, over the phone, but their website is annoying. *EXCEPT: Two days in a row I called and they closed over a half hour early. *Besides them closing phone support early, I have not had any problems with their support. I would have given * stars but -* for closing early.
