~i dont know : horrible * no one answered ,, customers , especially customers who have limited time because they must work to pay for x box that I cannot use and will be forced to cancel because no one is there to speak to me about the issues we are having with the service . you guys are bad .

~i dont know : I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~i dont know : I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Xbox's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~i dont know : For that I would say three out of five.

~i dont know : Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Xbox to know who you are.
