~unstasifed customer: Did not get to talk to anyone. Had to hold to long. If this is how they handle their customer care then no wonder the wait is so long they must have a ton on people like me who are unsatisfied. Won't purchase from them ever again.

~unstasifed customer: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~unstasifed customer: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Zazzle's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~unstasifed customer: For that I would say two out of five.
