GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Zazzle customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~kj: I commiserate with those who have endured unsatisfactory service. I think I lucked out with an understanding and responsive agent. I employed the "Zazzle Calls you Back" option and received a call within half an hour. The agent waived the Return Authorization requirement and processed a full refund over the phone. Plus - he told me to keep or donate the product I wanted to return: a pack of post-it-notes that was way too slip for the price and not very usable for the design. Anyway - though I will check my bank statements in a month, I am for now quite satisfied with the outcome.

~kj: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~kj: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Zazzle's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~kj: For that I would say two out of five.
