~Bridezilla: Zazzle is Garbage. Ordered Wedding invitations Mid Feb. Never got them. Zazzle said it was probably lost at the border and they would refund my money in MArch but it would take up to ** days??? WHY?!!! I went with VistaPrint and super easy, super cheap! Great Quality. My invites arrived the next week. Then April * My Zazzle shipment finally arrived. Called again and they just hosed me over the phone saying I already got refunded. So I checked and I received a partial refund? Worst company ever. I paid **.** and my refund was for **.**... :( *Called back again. Sitting thru the elevator music*for another ** mins. Buddy explained they did not refund my shipping So once I made it clear they said they would and it would take another ** business days...**Zazzle ****. Vistaprints cost me less than **$ to my door.*Go with VistaPrints. Better deals and less F%ckery.

~Bridezilla: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Bridezilla: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.

~Bridezilla: For that I would say five out of five.

~Bridezilla: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Zazzle to know who you are.
