GetHuman-424743: I went to the At&t store in rogers t*o complain and replace my samsung s* active which was only * months old and failed. Dan, the Rogers store manager, he gave me a number to AT&T "legal Department" which turned out to be the number to Bally's swim and fitness. I returned to the store and spoke to the manager "Dan". he didn't like my tone as much as I didn't like his customer service skills. He called the police to have me removed. Rogers PD showed and asked me what the problem was, I told them incredibly poor customer service. I left the store with the police officer after I had spoke with customer service on the phone and they had calmed the situation, but did not resolve it. I left "the store of lies" (AT&T in Rogers MN) then came home to deal with corporate. I read several reviews which stated That Randall Stephens (The CEO of AT&&T) whom apparently doesn't care about customer and resides in San Antonio Texas.
