~MP : I was talked into switching over the ATT uverse after terrible service from DSL. After accepting and them coming out to run a temporary wire across my front yard, I still have the temporary wire is still laying across my yard after * months! I've had * techs come out and all have the same excuse " I didn't know I had to bury a wire". How is this possible! Is all ATT that incompitent? I have disconnected the wires and will be switching services!

~MP : I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~MP : I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~MP : For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
~MP : Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
