~d. Nelson: I ordered a take out online and it went to the wrong restaurant. I've ordered online before and this never happened before. That was resolved by taking the order here and not double charging for it. But, the manager didn't tell me what happened and the clerk at take out was clueless. So I waited at the counter for ** minutes while nothing was done about my order. The clerk went back to the kitchen to ask the manager about it after I asked what's going on. The manager sent him back to me just as clueless as before. I had to shout for her before she came out and finally explained what happened. I've been coming to this Bob Evans for years and I'm really disappointed in this experience. This is the Potomac Mills Bob Evans in Woodbridge, Virginia.
