~William: Yeah. It was morning, on November 14th.

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's CarFax customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~William: Total waste of time. A circular information nightmare. just keeps sending you back to *** number or worthless website. refuses to allow a carfax human being to speak with you directly. major accident(per actual dealer receipts) on used car I purchased was not listed*found on carfax!! Carfax guarantee is worthless

~William: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~William: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CarFax's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~William: For that I would say four out of five.

~William: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for CarFax to know who you are.
