~sheesh: person on the other end wouldn't our couldn't answer my questions. could not direct me to a real human person at an actual bank that i could walk in and see. refused to tell me whether the office answering the *** number is in my country or some other country. **aternatively, emailed for some info and received a form letter that was just indecipherable and didn't address the specific questions i had.**and this, in a situation where I am trying to give them money. IMAGINE the difficulty I would have in a situation where maybe they thought I should owe them money.
