~pissed off consumer: This is the most horrible cable service ever.Every month our bill is incorrect and every month we are on the phone with them for atleast ** minutes attempting to correct their errors.And just today we called to make a payment and the rep argued with us that our service had been disconnected and so they would have to charge us a fee to restore our service(that was not disconnected).I'm sure they searched the entire country for the most incompetent people and employed them all at Comcast.I will be so glad to relocate so I can finally have better options for cable*internet services.
