~Nobody's Frickin Business!: Waited less than ** seconds, and when I asked, the rep told me he was from the Philippines. I told him I needed a better deal than I was getting right now, and that the girl I was just speaking to was from the Philippines and she hung up on me when I asked for a supervisor to transfer me to the United States. He stated that the people to give me a better deal were actually in the US, and he would transfer me. The guy I got could barely speak English, and told me that if I wanted to, I could hang up and call back again. XFINITY *****!

~Nobody's Frickin Business!: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Nobody's Frickin Business!: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
