~Richard Normus: The person spoke good english. We found that my company information was missing on the address of a package. Since we have multiple companies in the same building, this was a big issue. She added the company name and the package arrived with no issues.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting DHL. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a DHL problem?
~Richard Normus: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Richard Normus: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DHL's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Richard Normus: For that I would say five out of five.

~Richard Normus: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for DHL to know who you are.
