GetHuman-266440: one downside is the first few calls went to dead air - no one there but the call stayed up. Hung up and called back and got through in seconds. Told Rafael what the problem was, he immediately told me what the problem was, Thermal coupler shut off when the vac got too hot because the filter was getting clogged. Said they are sending a replacement cyclone and filter. Meanwhile, I put the rubber sleeve the right way on the cyclone (hanging off like a skirt), and the vacuum is already sucking better. Should be alsomst as good as new with new parts. Best vacuum we ever bought, and some of the best customer support I've gotten in a while.
