~disgruntled0306: I have been charged every month for this service and I've never had it! They refuse to give me a refund, I let them know I was disgusted with their company and they actually tried to sell me more products...huh??? The call center people are from India, very rude and very hard to understand. One representative actually laughed when I told her I was very dissatisfied. They're fraudulent as far as I'm concerned.
