~NeverUseFido: Apparently Fido is in the business of giving people a credit limit which it does not respect and has plenty of ways to escape it. I know from a fact that a serious number of people are over-billed by them and I have fallen victim, I have an **** dollar bill and had a credit limit of ***. I was on the phone with them for * hours and they finally said "we r sorry we put that limit on your contract, the fact id you have to pay" This only benefits them.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Fido. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Fido problem?
~NeverUseFido: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~NeverUseFido: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Fido's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~NeverUseFido: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Fido customers?
~NeverUseFido: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Fido to know who you are.
