GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Fido customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Mr. A: My * year agreement was about to end & it was my intention to extend my agreement for another * years, so i ordered for a phone upgrade online. After ** business days, I called several times for the next * days , to find out the status of my order.None of the reps that i have spoken with, could explain the delay of my order nor at least track my order. They just kept telling me to wait for a couple more days, only to find out later that my order was cancelled. Cancelled? by whom? but why? As expected, none of them could give me a valid explanation.I was so disappointed and left me with no other choice but to withdraw the * year agreement that i made.Fido is the only cellular provider I have ever subscribed to, thats how loyal I have been. I have never ever missed any due payments since day *.I always make it a point to pay on time. These are small compliments,in return to the good services they have provided (so far). In my opinion, Fido offers the best plans at reasonable rates.I have

~Mr. A: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Fido's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Mr. A: For that I would say two out of five.

~Mr. A: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Fido to know who you are.
