GetHuman-243802: Avoid at all costs. The most incompetent and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Items are listed as "In Stock" but take months to arrive - if ever. Each time you call its either "Its going out tomorrow" or "We shipped it but the shipping company lost it." They have used both of these excuses numerous times with us.*Of course if you want to cancel or return partial shipments they put up all sorts of red tape and fees.*This is the classic company that spends all its money on fancy catalogs and false praise. The quality is not nearly the level that warrants the grief you have to deal with.*Terrible company.
