~Anon: I placed an order online and after it being back ordered three times decided to call a representative and cancel it. Among having it canceled I was told the money spent would be credited back to my card within three days. On the fourth day of checking the balance I called to see if something had gone wrong. After being told I was never charged for the order, then being told it would take up to ** days I was finally informed that to get my refund I needed to make a claim and from there they could only send me a check within two weeks. So if I had never checked the balance or called, the company would have pocketed the hundred dollars I spent.

~Anon: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anon: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about JCPenney's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anon: For that I would say two out of five.
