~missmac10: I will bever shop at your store again. After waiting over * months for a backordered item i received calls that there were none available in any distribution warehouses. Then I am told I will be issued a check in *-** business days. So after waiting * months for NOTHING I now have to wait to have my money refunded. Here's the funny part...it was purchased on one of your gift cards. I called back and the lay told me she would issue it back to the gift card since I still had it. Then today I get an email that the info i received was incorrect and I would be getting a check in the mail and it could take up to ** days! I guess I am happy i will get a check beacuse i will never shop there again. Oh and the kicker....the item is still listed for sal on the website. Horrible horrible service.
