~Speed: I am writing to express my continuing dissatisfaction with your company's appliance and service on the stove range model* JES****CAS serial*D********. Last May **, ****, I purchased an electric range from Airport Appliance in Hayward, CA. A copy of the invoice is attached for your convenience. It was to my satisfaction that a grill is attached to the stove especially as we have just recently moved to our new house. The house has already a built in down draft range and we have no choice but to purchase the same kind. We would grill almost every weekend and we enjoyed it. Last New Year's eve on December **, ****, we have a house party and were grilling fish and meats. Like I always do when I grill, I would put a foil on top of the grill for easy cleaning (take note: I did not wrap the grill I just lay on top so that the heat can sip in).
