~samcclain1@aol.co.uk : I asked for tech support but the problem was never resolved. Just Answer billed me twice for the same issue. They have credited my account for one amount but I'm still waiting for the rest of my money. It is not easy to communicate with Just Answer I had to send email after email before I got a response I was made to feel like I had to beg to get my money that they took from me , they don't adhere to their own policy, it's false advertising. I would never refer Just Answer to anyone who needs help. It is a scam.
