GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/24/17?
GetHuman-natrebe: In hindsite I should have contacted a store manager but I didn't. I visited your store in Burlington NC today. I picked up to purchase many nice outfits. I go to pay for them and I wanted to use my surprise points. Lady at register says she can't process that for me to try another register. I go to another register - the only other one open- where I'm told same thing. I got angry and just left my buggy there. I had planned to get at least * outfits and I am sure I had at least ** dollars in my buggy. I am one of your best customers. I use your layaway and I shop at your stores regularly. Why would a kmart store not be able to honor your rewards?

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-natrebe: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Kmart's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-natrebe: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Kmart customers?
GetHuman-natrebe: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Kmart to know who you are.
