GetHuman-janiam: Just left the willuamsport pa kmart...three lights on one clerk working at her register, two others,
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/21/17?
GetHuman-janiam: Including a manager just gabbing about about life in general while customers stood waiting in the open lanes and looking to see where the clerks were...the working clerk said they were supposed to be at their registers...after that comment one went to her job station the other remained gabbing while customers still waited...I could clearly hear the conversation of the workers and believe me...it was just chatting....that was the rudest most unprofessional display I have ever seen...it will be a long time before I shop that store agsin.

GetHuman-janiam: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Kmart's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-janiam: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Kmart customers?
GetHuman-janiam: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Kmart to know who you are.
