GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/25/17?
GetHuman-hirzelr: Hi! I went to the Macon Rd. (Columbus, Ga) store looking for January's Love Inspired Historical (LIH) books on ****, only to find they hadn't gotten them in yet. I had a lady at the service desk call to find out if the other store in town had them. It took quite a while, and * calls. She was told that they had them. I went to the other store, only to find out they had November's LIH books on the shelf, instead. It was frustrating. * Not only that, when I showed them the coupon postcard I'd received in the mail *Members get $** back in points! Exp. *******)*, they said that even though it didn't say so, the coupon probably wouldn't work on the books. That was even more aggravating. I left without buying anything, to get the books from your competition. I would prefer buying from your stores, as I'd like you to stay in business. Please make it easier! Thanks!
