GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Kmart customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.

GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/20/17?
GetHuman-sveaton: Kmart Rx service is very poor at store *****. They are constantly making mistakes on medication refills.They state they have not received orders from doctors when I know they have been sent. They refill meds when they are not needed yet and sometimes refill same order with in * to * days after it has been already sent. Make inappropriate comments to customers that are disrespectful. They complain they have been too busy and have not had a chance to check on new faxes, and tell you they will call back but they do not.

GetHuman-sveaton: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-sveaton: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Kmart's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-sveaton: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Kmart customers?
GetHuman-sveaton: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Kmart to know who you are.
