GetHuman-400321: Maytag used to be a quality brand, but not anymore. I recently called the service number to ask a simple technical question about my dishwasher. There is no one there that you can ask the question. They only want to sell you an expensive service call. If they don't want to be in the business of helping customers solve their appliance problems, then they should post more technical information in their manuals. I'll never buy another Maytag anything.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-400321: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.

GetHuman-400321: For that I would say two out of five.
