~Sugarcube: Called about possible card fraud. TWICE. No help either time. Both times the rep said they'd transfer my call. Both times I held for several minutes only to have the call ended and an automated "How happy are you with our service?" Survey come on. How happy? ** wasted minutes later with STILL no idea if someone has used my Old Navy cc...NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
