GetHuman-169845: Call it prescription solutions or optumRX, I just wish I didn't have to call them at all. I have never seen such an incompetent company in my life, and they are the ones that are in charge of getting me my medication. You would think they understand that their "customers" are people with medical condition. But instead its like every time I try to get my prescription its like how can we ***** with this guy's order this time, he probably does not really need his insulin this month. Do us all a favor and let people that know what they are doing deal with sick people and their medication, and go into some other business where if you are a complete imbecile, at least no one has to end up in the emergency room.

GetHuman-169845: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about OptumRx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-169845: For that I would say two out of five.
