~Shirley Lee: I have been unable to talk to A PERSON. Your computer does not handle problems re Rx orders. My orders have been duplicated, etc. and yet I can't talk to anyone to cancel prescriptions just received.

~Shirley Lee: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Shirley Lee: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about OptumRx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Shirley Lee: For that I would say five out of five.

~Shirley Lee: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for OptumRx to know who you are.
