~Dancemom37: Terry RA* never, ever answers her phone, has taken as long as * days to return a call. I was filing back returns, making payments, faxing in financial information and she did not get one of the page of the documentation. She then filed a garnishment on my husband stating it was because she did not recieve that one page. When I asked her, And you couldn't make a phone call to let me know you didn't recieve that page. Her response was, "No." When I asked to speak to my previous case worker who was nice and helpful she said no again. When I told her the IRS is working with us and being nice, why is the Oregon Department of Revenue so impossible? Her answer is they just are. Oregon is way more aggressive than the IRS. I did get a supervisors number but have been told it is almost impossible to get a case worker changed even though they changed mine without any notification to me or the old case worker.
