~The Teaher's Toolbox: Called in because I got a new computer and could not sign on (asking for user name and Password). Was told I would need to pay *** for support to sign onto quickbooks ask for manager and Nate (fake name because he couldn't spell it or pronounce it) asked me if I was drunk this morning when I was trying to explain to him what was wrong. VERY displeased and will make sure everyone knows about my experience.
