~Kim: My dad and I shopped for Christmas at the Radio Shack in Southpark Mall, Colonial Heights, VA. After our $*** purchase, we were issued coupons and were told we could use them on our next purchase. We went back to the same store thirteen days later, and they refused to honor the coupons.--Guess what? Radio Shack will have to refund the amount of purchase, and we won't be shopping there again. Furthermore, it's a good thing we are honest people. The clerk left his cash drawer open and unattended for several minutes...

~Kim: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Kim: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Radio Shack's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Kim: For that I would say one out of five.
